Two Week Scavenger Hunt!

We are stopping to smell the flowers
and take a break from our hectic everyday routine.
This year we decided to take a two week road trip Junkin!
Hubby, myself, our little guy and Charlie...
Left Utah, Saturday morning and headed East...No predetermined destination, just drive.
Now me, and my truly infinite wisdom, thought I would Blog while hubby drove.  You all know Murphy's Law... No Reception! Now the kids can call my cell phone and text me and I get those signals. But not the mobile stick........ No Reception!
So lets fast forward.....leave Utah Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon....

Plans are to get here and slow down, smell the flowers, visit some friends and family and find some treasures!
Now if any of you have any suggestions I'd love to hear them!
We have 12 more days till we have to turn around and head home.
After Missouri we'll head down to Arkansas and see the Hubby's Brother and then ? Guess we'll figure that out when we get there!
So stay tuned...and see where this adventure takes us.
Right now I'm going to work on my stitchery and take a big ole whiff of the flowers!

  5. Oh my! Sounds like a wonderful way to spend 2 weeks......Don't spend too much time with family. See the sights. Stay away from Louisiana. Take bunches of pictures. Are any of these close to the suggestions you are looking for? Seriously, the Midwest is hot and humid but we love that you are here. Hannibal, Missouri has the Mark Twain Caves---a really awesome adventure. St. Louis has the arch. Missouri back roads are really pretty decent to drive on. There are numerous settlements of Amish. Have fun and show us the pictures! ★Linda★
